Canada Goose exits Baffin ownership, sells to Royer

Canada Goose has agreed to sell Canadian performance footwear brand Baffin to L.P. Royer, a maker of work and military footwear.
The deal is aimed at simplifying operations and focusing investment on Canada Goose across categories, seasons and markets.
Baffin will move to Royer as Canada Goose continues footwear and lifestyle expansion; closing is expected in August, subject to conditions.
