Over 200 small Gazipur garment units declare 3-day break in Bangladesh

Over 200 small and subcontracting garment factories in Bangladesh’s Gazipur declared a three-day break beginning today as low gas pressure, combined with the coming weekend, prompted managements to extend the break.
Large mills and factories, however, will continue to operate at full capacity today.
However, some major manufacturers have announced three-day breaks as well.
