BGMEA, Wagely Bangladesh join hands to boost capacity of 50000 workers

Trade body BGMEA and Wagely Bangladesh have signed a strategic partnership agreement to strengthen workforce development, financial well-being and sustainable productivity within the RMG sector.
Both will implement a ‘Training the Trainers’ programme designed to build factory-level training capacity and deliver financial literacy and soft skills training to nearly 50,000 workers across BGMEA member units.
