Bangladesh RMG exports down 1.6% to $38.7 bn in FY26; June rebounds

Bangladesh’s RMG exports fell 1.64 per cent to $38.70 billion in FY 2025-26, with knitwear declining more than woven apparel.
However, June exports rebounded strongly, rising 21.52 per cent year on year.
Home textile exports grew during both the fiscal year and June, while cotton product exports declined for the full year despite June gains.
