Japan’s Yonex begins renewable solar power use at Niigata factory

Yonex has begun using renewable solar energy at its Niigata Factory Nagaoka through an on-site PPA. The 896.72 kW system is expected to generate about 850,000 kWh annually and cut CO₂ emissions by around 295 tons.
The initiative supports Yonex’s Carbon Neutrality goals and expands its use of renewable energy across manufacturing sites.
