Nike appoints David Denton as executive VP and CFO

Nike has named David M. Denton as executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), effective August 17, succeeding Matthew Friend.
Denton joins from Pfizer and brings over three decades of finance leadership experience across major global companies.
The move supports Nike’s focus on disciplined execution, capital allocation and long-term growth under its Sport Offense strategy.
